Air Filter Clean Warranty!   

Air Filter Clean (AFC), warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. The equipment will perform as tested and represented provided the product is used for the purpose for which it was intended. Purchaser shall inspect the product immediately upon arrival and shall, within thirty (30) days of arrival, notify AFC of any claim that the product does not conform to the terms of the order or published specifications. The product shall be returned to factory freight prepaid. Any such product will be repaired or replaced at AFCs option, free of charge. AFC shall have the final right of final determination as to the existance and cause of any defect in parts or complete assemblies and/or whether warranty terms apply. Should field repair of product be desired, AFC travel, travel time and subsistence will be billed at established rates. Products which have been subjected to abuse, improper inst allation or application, alteration, accident or neglect will not be covered under warranty. Under no circumstances will AFC be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.  

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NORMAL WEAR AND-TEAR, MISUSE, OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO EQUIPMENT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
